DO we ACCEPT RETURNS?
AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE RETURNS. HYPERTHRIFT IS A SMALL, independently-owned OPERATION, and as such, FUNDS ARE CONSISTENTLY REINVESTED.
MY apparel ITEM(S) DON'T FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE?
yes, ABSOLUTELY. HYPERTHRIFT OFFERS AN EXCHANGE ON ANY apparel items $60 or under PURCHASED online or in-store WITHIN 3 WEEKS (21 days) of the purchase date SO LONG AS THE ITEM(S) PURCHASED REMAIN UNDAMAGED/IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. Item(s) can be exchanged for new item(s) of higher value with the cost difference paid by the customer. Items of lesser value will see no cash return and will not be taxed. items of the same value will be considered equal exchange and will not be taxed. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Exchanges can also be conducted in-store.
Non-apparel goods are final sale.

do we "buy-sell-trade"?
We don't trade merchandise at this time. However, we do purchase on a regular basis. Please keep in mind: as a retail store, we cannot offer retail prices. We can only make offers in person on items brought into the store. Offers are made in cash. If you've got anything you want to sell to us, contact us here, or message us on Instagram.
Do we take donations?
You bet. donations from the community are a foundational point of our business. anyone who donates will be sent a multi-use digital coupon good for use in-store or online. to make a donation, please email us at:
